A Short Introduction of Myself I am Mark Angelo M. Sarmiento. I am a 25 year father. I live in the Philippines. I am an Electronics Engineer. I own a Guitat Repair Shop (Guitar Doctor) and that's what make us money as of the moment. Aside from doing that, I am also pursuing Photography and being a Creative. I am still living in my parent's house together with my wife and son. I am already feeling weak because I do not have a healthy lifestyle. I work in front of a computer for the whole day. Back when I was still a student I only weigh 170 lbs but now I am a 240 lbs old man. The last time I worked out or exercised or have a training was around 2012. Slowly, through the years I felt that I am already getting weaker and weaker like a 45 year old man. I always wanted to rebirth my self.
